Who controls your data

Information we collect
- Through the form: your name, mobile number and WhatsApp choice, state, and, if you add them, your email, education stage, subject and intake, plus the consent boxes you tick.
- Automatically with the form: the page it was sent from, the time, and your IP address, used only for spam protection.
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare, our security and delivery provider, handles connection data to protect the site.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and advise you on studying abroad, based on the consent you give in the form. We share your details with a university or any other organisation only after you agree.
Newsletters
If you choose to receive updates, we may email you news on Spanish deadlines and visa rules through the Brevo email service, or message you on WhatsApp. Every message lets you unsubscribe.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are held on our server and forwarded to counsellors through a private channel. We delete them 36 months after our last contact with you, or earlier if you withdraw consent. Data of clients is covered by the client agreement.
Your choices
Ask us to show, correct or erase your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected] from the contact details you used. We reply within 30 days.
Minors
If you are under 18, fill in the form together with a parent or guardian; we involve your family in any advice.
