Is Spanish required?
Not for the English master's. The BBA has a bilingual track that does need Spanish.
Official degree or own title
For a student visa, both work if the course is full-time. For what comes after, they differ: an official master's (máster universitario) gives direct access to a PhD in Spain, and it is what Indian bodies recognise most easily. Before relying on a post-study job-search permit, check that your title qualifies; see after graduation. Get the degree type in your offer letter.
