Andalusia's 2023 price decree, amended in September 2025, keeps one price for EU and non-EU residents and allows universities to raise it for non-residents. At Granada:

Is Spanish required?
For most of the list, yes, in part. Granada is a good choice if you are ready to learn Spanish: the university's own language centre runs courses all year, and daily life in Granada is in Spanish.
Admission route
All Andalusian public universities share one application system, Distrito Único Andaluz. Students with foreign degrees have an early first phase; its calendar for 2026/27 was published in BOJA in December 2025. Bachelor's need homologación, UNEDasiss and Spanish.
